Gold-Crest
In the Gold-Crest project, there are three buildings, each with three different modes: Day mode, Evening mode, and Night mode. The project allows camera rotation and provides various filter options. These filters include the number of bedrooms (1, 2, or 3), different floor plans for each bedroom type, and a pricing filter that lets you adjust the slider to view apartments within a specific price range.
There's a pricing filter to determine the price of the apartment and whether the apartment is available in this range or not.
Additionally, there's a surface slider to determine the size of the apartment in square yards, and a floor slider to select specific floors. You can even turn trees on or off in the view. The list view option in the filters lets you see details like the type of apartment, floor, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, orientation (downtown or sea-facing), square ft, and price.
Moreover, there's an interior button that shows images of the apartment's interior and floor plans. On the right side of the card, there's a "favorite" button to mark your preferred apartments. You can also reset filters and find a duplex option in the filters.
The duplex option allows you to select duplex apartments, providing details on the number of bedrooms and floor plans. There's also an amenities button that, when selected, highlights and shows areas like the gym, sauna, indoor games, and day care etc.
The surroundings option provides videos of nearby landmarks. For example, if you select "seaview," it shows how far it is from your building in kilometers and minutes of drive.
The project gallery displays pictures of apartments, duplexes, and amenities. In the favorites section, you can mark your preferred apartments, and by clicking the "send by email" button, you can fill out a customer form with your name, contact number, email, and sales representative's name. Once submitted, you'll receive an email with all the details about your selected apartments and the entire project.
